Rental Agreement

Backyard Movie Theater Equipment Rental Agreement

Upon completion of the equipment rental period, the renter will not tamper with or turn off any of the following pieces of equipment: speakers, projector, inflatable screen, as well as any and all cables/cords. The equipment providers will arrive to test and take down the equipment once the allotted time of rental has ended. If the renter wishes to have the equipment taken down prior to the end time of their rental, they may contact the providers.

The Renter acknowledges and agrees to pay the full replacement cost of any piece of equipment that is lost, stolen, damaged or not working.

A delivery fee of $20 will be invoiced for rentals outside of a 5-mile radius of La Canada, CA.

A delivery fee of $30 will be invoiced for rentals outside of a 10-mile radius of La Canada, CA.

A delivery fee of $40 will be invoiced for rentals outside of a 15-mile radius of La Canada, CA.

A delivery fee of $50 will be invoiced for rentals outside of a 20-mile radius of La Canada, CA.

A delivery fee of $60 will be invoiced for rentals outside of a 25-mile radius of La Canada, CA.

If the Renter chooses to book equipment past the allotted rental timeframe, the Renter will be charged an additional $40 per additional one (1) hour.

A Paypal service fee of 3.5% is added to the total payment.

A minimum cancellation notice of 10 days is required to receive a free rescheduled movie night. All cancellations made less than 10 days in advance of the scheduled event will be given a 50% credit toward their next movie night. No credit will be given for cancellations made with less than 5 days notice.
